Top Guns of MotoGP Addresses the Media at Silverstone Before the Start of British Grand Prix

To share their thoughts on the 12th round of the 2014 MotoGP season in England, current world champion Marc Marquez and his rivals Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, Bradley Smith, Cal Crutchlow and teammate Dani Pedrosa shared a table on Thursday, August 28th. The top guns of the premier class racing actually gathered to meet the media at a preliminary press meeting in Silverstone. A day after Marquez rode his MotoGP prototype of Repsol Honda over the Millennium Bridge in London to create a new history.

Marquez, who failed to reach the podium for the first time in Brno after winning 10 races in a row, was the first to address the media. The 21-year old Spaniard said that in the end the situation remains the same, but obviously that day he was not able to win the race at Brno. Marc also said that perhaps it was his worse race in the Grand Prix, but on the very next day of the race they were able to find the solution to the problem so its fine and they are optimistic now. The Silverstone circuit has a good track and the weather conditions are also looking good for the weekend.

Marc’s partner and winner of the Czech Republic Grand Prix, Dani Pedrosa said that they had a terrific weekend at Brno. Talking about the Silverstone, Dani said that he had a good race at this circuit during last season. He had to bridge some gap in order to reach the front but it was great, said the Honda rider. Pedrosa also said that he is pleased to be here and weather conditions are good too so he is hoping to have a good result at this weekend. On this occasion Dani admitted that initially u have to get used to the track, as Silverstone is a different circuit. It’s quite flat so one has to carefully look at their reference points, said Pedrosa.

After Pedrosa it was Rossi’s turn to speak, who is very popular in England as he is in other parts of the world. Valentino said that he made a good start in the second half of the season and he had enjoyed the competitions, but unfortunately he was not good enough to win the race. So they need to keep on working on their pace to improve it until the last lap, added Rossi.

According to the nine-time world champion, Silverstone is an extremely technical and long track that is fast and wise as well. Though, he likes it but it’s too difficult to learn its lines and they have not been able to achieve good results at this circuit, said Rossi. He said that they were good last year, but still it was not enough. Valentino said that this year they have improved their braking so they continue to keep on improving.
In contrast to Rossi, Lorenzo has a good record at Silverstone as of the four MotoGP races he has won three since the premier class racing has returned to this circuit in 2010. The Movistar Yamaha rider said on this occasion that he the venue very much and he has always been very fast at this track. Now in this season everything has improved for the, and in the last few weeks they have been able to take some big steps forward with their bike and they are still trying to improve, said Jorge.

English rider Smith who has grown up while living close to the Silverstone circuit said that his house is just 30 minutes drive from this venue so he is extremely thrilled to be here. Last year it was his first MotoGP race at this venue, so now he has 12 months more experience and he pretty pleased with his bike as well, said Smith. Adding to it he said that they had achieved some good results in the past and his form is not bad either since the second half of the season has begun.

Crutchlow is another British rider who is taking part in this competition as a Ducati Team rider. Since he is a jolly fellow, so he joked that the upcoming race is not his real home Grand Prix as Bradley is best British rider at this point in time, so he can have all the stress. The Ducati rider added that they had conducted a test during this week and learned about some new settings so they are hopeful that they will be able to come more close to the front riders this time and give a tough fight to Andrea Dovizioso.

Now it remains to be seen how well these riders will do in England. Till then go out and do some shopping from J&S Accessories store that has some exciting deals for motorcycle riders and enthusiast.

Marc Marquez Stuns Londoners by Riding Across the Famous Millennium Bridge

After 11 rounds MotoGP has now come to the United Kingdom where Marc Marquez and all other premier class riders will race at the Silverstone circuit on this weekend. However, just before the race MotoGP made an effort to stun the Londoners. When the reigning world champion Marquez drove his Repsol Honda bike across the famous Millennium Bridge in London on Wednesday, August 27th morning to create a new history.

The attention-grabbing scene was created to highlight the upcoming British Grand Prix, where Marquez will make an effort to return to the first step of the podium. The champion Honda rider has already set the record of winning opening 10 races during a single season, but he is yet to register some more wins in order to defend the title.

In the meantime, Marc drove his bike on a completely different track, the steel suspension bridge that is commonly known as Millennium Bridge. After riding across the bridge, Marquez shared his experience by saying that he was not really quick as there was lot of wind. He also said that he made an effort to do a small wheelie but the wind was quite strong and in the end it proved too tight for him, so he said to himself “ok”.

According to Marc the event was pretty important for MotoGP before the British Grand Prix takes the place and they were lucky that the weather was not too bad, as normally he expect it to be raining in England. Therefore, he said that it was unforgettable experience for him as he got the chance to create a history by riding over the famous River Thames right in the heart of London on a sunny day.

The Spaniard added that he did not get to ride on the roads as he has not got a license. This was also the first time when a motorcycle had been allowed to ridden over the Millennium Bridge. Given that the bridge was exclusively made for pedestrians in June 2010 to reach from one end to the other end of London by crossing River Thames.

British riders Leon Camier, Bradley Smith and Michael Laverty joined Marc later in the press conference.

As the next round of the 2014 MotoGP World Championship will take place in the UK at Silverstone circuit. This will be the third race of the season for the 28-year old rider Drive M7 Aspar rider. Given that the chief rider of the team, Nicky Hayden still needs time to recover from the wrist surgery that he had received in the recent past.

Camier believes that so far he had done well in the premier class racing, as at Indianapolis he was able to show terrific speed in spite of a DNF. Then, at Brno he went on to seize a point for his team and now just before the British Grand Prix Leon is looking more energetic and confident. This can be judged from his recent comments in which he said that he is quite happy as they have continued to make progress from the time he has jumped on to the Drive M7 Aspar’s machine.

In fact, at Brno we were able to finish the race with a point and now the aim on this weekend is to work as hard as we had done earlier in order to keep going in the same way, said Camier. He revealed on this occasion that they had a productive test in Czech Republic, as it had helped them to bridge the gap with leaders of the race and develop better understanding of the machine and they need to carry it on in the future as well, said Leon.

He also said that they were able to improve their race pace and it will prove quite crucial on this weekend. Talking about the British Grand Prix, Camier said that his dream is about to come true and there is no match to racing in front of your home crowd and home track. Also, he likes the Silverstone circuit so it’s another plus point for him, said the British rider.

Camier is hopeful that by the time he will reach his homeland he will understand a little more about his bike and with some luck he may be able to achieve good result. The Drive Aspar rider added to it that Silverstone circuit has always remain a good track for him, as with WSBK he was able to reach the podium nearly every year. However, he knows that it’s not going to be an easy race for him.

Leon said that Silverstone’s fast, technical and direction changing track will suit him well. Though, he knows that the weekend is going to be tough for him, so it will be crucial for him to never let his focus divert, said Camier. Silverstone Executive Still Optimistic to Retain the British Grand Prix

The five-year long agreement between the Silverstone circuit, UK and MotoGP will come to an end on this weekend when the facility will host the 12th round of the Grand Prix. Unfortunately, instead of re-signing with Silverstone, MotoGP signed a five-year deal with yet-to-be-built Circuit of Wales, starting from 2015. In spite of it the Silverstone bosses are still quite hopeful that they will be able to retain the British Grand Prix. Talking to BBC Look East, the managing director of Silverstone Richard Phillips said that one can never say what will happen in the long run.

According to Richard, They have been in such a situation a lot of times before so let’s just say that there is still much more to play out. It’s been 27 years since the Silverstone circuit has been hosting British Grand Prix of Formula 1 round and it was close to losing the hosting to Donington in 2010. Luckily the deal remained inconclusive and Silverstone got the chance to continue hosting the motor racing round. Now that MotoGP has officially signed five-year agreement with the Circuits of Wales, Silverstone bosses are still optimistic because the new circuit is yet-to-be-built.

More importantly, the construction of the Circuits of the Wales will not be completed by the time the next British Grand Prix will take place. This means that MotoGP has to find another venue or sign another year deal with Silverstone to host the racing event. Thus, Phillips said that it is still not certain whether they will host the event next year or it will go to Donington. He also said that for now they are trying to hold the event at Silverstone, whereas in the long run they will just wait and see what really happens.

Adding to it, Phillips said that having more circuits is not bad because it’s a competitive market, but what he does not understand is that whether there is public finance backing for the Circuits of Wale project. Whether government is providing finances or it’s a prejudiced playing field, said Richard. The executive of the Silverstone said that the Circuits of Wales does not even exist on the map yet and its bosses also need to arrange funds in order to build it.

So perhaps in the coming six to 12 months period they will be in a position to tell whether the motorcycle race at the Circuit of Wales can take place in 2016 or not, said Philips. There is no doubt that Philips’ doubts are valid. Yet one should keep in mind that MotoGP would not have signed an agreement with Wales unless it has given them some strong a sureties. Nevertheless, the picture will get clear in the coming months.

However, those who are looking to buy a motorcycle helmet should not have to wait that long because J&S Accessories has offered high quality BKS Super 8 Flag helmets at unbeatable price. So hurry up and visit the J&S Accessories’ website today and buy one for yourself, as the stock is limited.

Rossi Admits He is Not as Young as He was 10 Years Ago

The 35-year old Valentino Rossi has admitted in a recent interview that he is not that young as he was 10 years ago. However, he was certain that he definitely is capable to fight at the front of the premier class field and that’s why he had extended his contract with Movistar Yamaha MotoGP till 2016. As a result of this new agreement, Rossi has got the chance to take part in the 20th and 21st World Championship seasons over a period of next two years.

Sharing his thoughts in the latest episode of After the Flag Rossi acknowledged that without a doubt that when he was 25 years old ten years ago things were different. However, in the last few years he have not felt any difference, said Valentino. The doctor said that the reason behind it is that if your body is fine and you are training hard and particularly if you have the right enthusiasm then, a person can surely become a top performer in their sport for some years. He also said that with the passage of time you gain some advantages such as experience and how to remain quiet during a race. Also, with age you realize that how everything can change just after a race.

Talking about last season, Rossi said that he was bit upset over his performance during last year as he was not able to improve his speed much to fight for the rostrum in every round. After which he decided to make a change said, the seven-time MotoGP World Champion. Certainly it was big risk, but now he is happy and enjoying a lot during this season, as he is able to be more competitive and stronger than before, said Valentino. Yet, Rossi believe that he needs to do lot of work as the level of competition is quite high, particularly when you talk about Marc Marquez, but Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa are also pretty swift.

Rossi said that he really enjoy this life and work. He added that he wants to stay in the game and does not want to think much about the past. Valentino also said that he is extremely lucky to have such a great career during which he had made many achievements, but he believes that if you want to be a part of a sport than you need to focus on the future. He said that he wanted to race in MotoGP so he signed a two-year deal and now he will look to give more than 100 percent in this phase of his career.

Motor Racing and Paddock Girls

Over the top action and heart skipping moments are things that make MotoGP so exciting and force thousands of fans to see the new round on the weekends. However, it’s not just the action, bikes and riders that lures MotoGP fans, as majority of the, are equally excited to see the paddock girls too. Thus, one can surely say that these hot paddock girls in MotoGP have surely added more charm and glamour to the sport. Many people know that the job of these sensational paddock girls is to wear sexy clothes and hold the umbrellas over the riders when they are getting ready for the race. Or join the top three riders at the podium when they gather to celebrate their victory.

But do you know when exactly these promotional models or paddock girls were first used in the motor racing sport? Any guesses?? No not in early 1990s and not even in 1980s, the promotional models were first used in the motor racing event way back in 1960s. The top model of that time Rosa Ogawa was first used for this purpose when she was brought to the stage to represent the winners of the race. It was after that very event when the term race queen was first coined. Before that women that people usually get to see at the motor racing event were either wives, girlfriends of the racers or staff members of the team.

However, it was after 1983 when the model girls regularly started appearing in various motor racing events. Thanks to the Hawaiian Tropic, a sun tan lotion company, that brought sexy and young models from the US to the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1983 for being the main sponsor of the event. It was the first time that the models wore bikinis on such an event, which had company’s name written on them. The addition of glamour was appreciated by the fans as a result it was once again repeated at the Suzuka 8 Hours motorcycle race in Japan after a year.

Since then paddock girls have become a permanent part of the motor racing event. Thus, today their numbers have also been increased. These model girls are now also known by different names today, as in Japan they are known as Idols, whereas in Europe they are called ‘grid or pit girls’. In contrast to Europeans and Japanese, the Koreans called them racing models. The most stunning thing about these gorgeous babes is that alike racers they too have a huge base of fans and their admirers can be found everywhere. These admirers especially attend racing events just to see their favourite paddock girl.

If you are wondering how stunning these racing beauties actually are then, view the photos of some of the hottest 2014 paddock girls in MotoGP below.

Dani Pedrosa Shatters Marc Marquez's Dream by Winning 11th Round of MotoGP at Brno

Reigning MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez needed just one more victory to break the all-time record of great Italian rider Giacomo Agostini on Sunday, August 17, 2014. Unfortunately, his own teammate Dani Pedrosa shattered his dream by winning the Czech Republic MotoGP round in Brno. That’s not all, Marquez also failed to make to the podium for the first time in the season. Thanks to the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP pair Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi that did not allow the 21-year old rider to come forward. The duo finished the race in second and third place respectively. As a result, for the first time in 2014 Marquez had to settle for the fourth place.

On the other hand, Pedrosa finished the 22-lap race in just 42 minutes 47.800 seconds, but it was not an easy win, as the rider did not get an ideal start. This gave Yamaha’s belligerent rider Lorenzo a chance to lead all the riders, but Pedrosa soon gained the momentum and outshined Rossi’s partner on lap 6. Afterwards Jorge never got a chance to give Dani a tough time, as the Honda rider went on to win his first race of the season.

Reflecting on the race, Pedrosa said that he never planned the race in the way it has ended, but fortunately for him Lorenzo created a gap. So immediately I changed my plan and then pushed to the limit, said Dani. On this occasion, Pedrosa admitted that he was struggling in the last phase of the race due to rear grip because of which he was not able to go out in the corners in full swing.

Lorenzo also shared his thoughts after the race by saying that finally they were able to beat Marquez, but unluckily it was not him this time. He also said that after first two laps he never felt as good as he felt in the first lap as a result Pedrosa overtook him and went ahead. He added that his bike was not too bad in the last phase of the race so he made an effort to outstrip Pedrosa, but by then it was very late.

Marquez, who made a sluggish start at Brno like most of his previous races, drop down to the sixth position. Though, later he made a move and seized the third place, but Rossi gave him a tough time. Consequently, Marc not only failed to reduce the gap between him the leaders of the race, but also lost third position to the doctor, as Rossi breezed past him in the middle of the race.

With this Marquez successful run came to an end. However, he is still at the top in the standings with 263 points and a big lead of 77 points over second positioned Dani and 90 points over Rossi. Marquez has won the opening 10 races of the 2014 season and he was just one victory short of setting a new world record, as no rider has so far won first 11 races in a premier class season. In fact, when Agostini won opening 10 races during 1968, the season was comprised of 10 rounds only.

After the defeat, many thought that perhaps Marc has lost the touch, but the Repsol rider smashed all such assumptions in a post-race test at Brno on Aug 18th. The Spaniard set the fastest lap time at the Czech Republic circuit when he got to ride the 2015 bike of Honda. So it will be interesting to see him riding in the next round of the MotoGP in Great Britain.

Yes that’s right! The next destination of the MotoGP riders will be UK that is a home to J&S Accessories, a prime motorcycle store. That is known for offering high quality and best motorcycle brands at affordable prices.

MotoGP Signs Five-Year Deal With The Circuit of Wales

MotoGP has officially affirmed that it has inked a deal with the Circuit of Wales that will allow it to hold the next round of British world championship from 2015. However, since the construction of Circuit of Wales has not started yet so another track will be used for 2015 round of British championship. Once its construction will be completed then, Circuit of Wales will be ready to host the 2016 Grand Prix round. The Ebbw Vale venue was looking to acquire the event for quite some time now, as they believed that it will help them accelerate the construction work. That will start later in this year and its cost is going to be around £315 million.

As far as the alternative venue is concerned, it is likely that Silverstone may get the chance to host the event for one more year. If not then, MotoGP could return to Donington Park for just one season only. Confirming the deal with MotoGP the chief executive of the Circuit of Wales Michael Carrick said that their agreement with Dorna is a big achievement in the development of the circuit in South Wales. According to Carrick MotoGP is the best motorcycle racing in the world therefore the series itself and millions of fans want to see this world class event taking place at state of the art venues.

Carrick also said that they are looking forward to meet these expectations when they will host the first MotoGP round in Wales from 2016. He added that at this point in time they are closely working with the governing bodies of the MotoGP, FIM and Dorna for the 2015 round of British MotoGP World Championship.

The agreement between the two parties also includes an option of extending the deal for more years once the current agreement expires in 2019. Unfortunately, the Circuits of Wales has been affected by many issues since its inception. As a result, the construction of the venue has already been delayed, as initially it supposed to complete during this spring. Thanks to delay in acquisitions of the planning permissions.

That’s not all the project is also facing funding issues too, as so far Welsh and UK government are the two officially announced investors that are looking to invest combined £50m in the project. Rest of the investors are yet to be announced. Besides, financial issues many have serious concerns over the transparency of the project too. Therefore, now it remains to be seen that how helpful new agreement will remain for the Circuit of Wales.

Marc Marquez Says Yamaha Pair Can Pose Serious Threat to His MotoGP Supremacy at Brno

Marc Marquez now just needs to win next three rounds of the MotoGP 2014 season to break all-time first 12-race win record of former Repsol Honda rider Mike Doohan. However, it’s not going to be that easy for Marquez to win the next three races, as unlike some initial round of this season Marc’s victory at Indianapolis circuit was a hard earned-affair. On top of it, Marquez knows that Honda has struggled in Czech Republic and Great Britain during last year, whereas Yamaha was quite strong on these tracks. Therefore, Marquez believes that both Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo can pose a serious threat to his supremacy in MotoGP.

Yamaha has good track record at Brno, Czech Republic. In fact, it is because of this very reason the venue is sometimes called as ‘Yamaha circuit’. Therefore, Marquez and his team are little cautious and they did not waste much time in celebrating their last victory at Indianapolis. Instead, they grab a direct flight to Czech Republic just two days after the race and head straight to Brno. The 21-year old MotoGP World Champion, however, is in positive frame of mind as he hopes that recent testing will enable them to put some miles on the 2015 specification machine of Honda. That will certainly give them an edge over their rivals.

Sharing their routine with the press, Marquez divulged that they had not stopped working after Indianapolis. The whole team had a wonderful dinner after Sunday’s race after which they spend all day travelling to Europe, said the reigning champion. On this occasion Marquez admitted that Brno is not his favourite track, but still he had managed to achieve good results at the track in the past.

Marc also revealed that they had tested at Brno about a month ago. At that point the grip here was pretty low, but they hope that the data they had collected will prove useful, said the Spaniard. Marquez also confessed that historically Yamaha are quite strong at Brno, so they need to work hard in the practice session on Friday in order to improve their chances of winning the race on this Sunday.

The 10th straight victory of Marquez has already given him a perfect score of 250 points in the standings. Also, with this victory he had matched the record of Giacomo Agostini, who had won first 10 races in the 1970 season.

However, you do not need to break any record to buy high quality motorcycle clothing or accessory at low price because J&S Accessories store in UK has sorted this problem for you. So, visit J&S Accessories’ online store now and buy high quality branded motorbike helmet, jacket, trouser or pair of gloves or shoes at amazingly low price.

Marc Marquez Wins 10 Out of 10 to Set a New MotoGP Record

The Repsol Honda Team Marc Marquez once gain remains unbeaten, as he won his 10th straight Grand Prix of the 2014 season on Sunday, August 10th. The 21-year old was once again able to re-write history with this victory, as he became the first rider to win opening 10 races during a season. Previously, this record belongs to Giacomo Agostini, who made this achievement way back in 1970. However, his Brickyard victory was another hard-earned affair, as Marc did not get an ideal start in the race. The Spanish rider was down at fifth position when the race started, as Andrea Dovizioso and others left him behind. Andrea looked in a belligerent mood at the start, as he gave a thrust to his Ducati and snatched the lead from Movistar Yamaha MotoGP’s Valentino Rossi.

Unfortunately, Dovizioso failed to capitalize on the lead, as after few close encounters in the early turns Rossi was able to gain the lead once again. Nevertheless, this did not affect Andrea morale and he continued to stay right behind Valentino even after losing the first place. In the meantime, when the two Italians were fighting over the lead, Marquez made his first move and secured third place. Movistar Yamaha’s second rider Jorge Lorenzo also came right behind him.

When Andrea and Rossi went wide at a corner, Marc instantly latched on to the opportunity and secured the lead, but he was not able to stay there for long. A slight error from Marquez allowed Rossi to come back at the number one position and increased the gap between him and Marc. At this point, it seemed Marquez perhaps is not going to win the race, as Lorenzo too was proving a serious threat for the Honda rider.

Just then, Lorenzo tried to surpass Marquez and Rossi in one go, but the strange move from Yamaha rider at Turn 2 allowed Marquez to outstrip both Valentino and Jorge. Thanks to extraordinarily late braking Marc gained the lead for the second time in the race. Though, Rossi had a chance to give Marquez a tough run, but the veteran rider got involved in an intra-team battle with his partner Lorenzo that allowed Marc to escape away.

Later, Lorenzo was finally able to outshine his teammate for good in the closing stages of the race. Marquez then finished the race in first place, while Jorge and Rossi crossed the finish line in second and third place respectively. On the other hand, Dovizioso, who at one stage was looking extremely perilous, lost ground when his soft tyres started to fade away. As a result, he ended up crossing the chequered flag in seventh place.

The race in Indianapolis was also slight disappointing for Marc’s teammate, Dani Pedrosa as he failed to keep the pace with leading riders and finished fourth eventually. On the other hand, Pol Espargaro and Bradley Smith of Yamaha Tech 3 team were able to seize fifth and sixth place in the race. The two riders showed some greats skills.

The top ten was rounded by Cal Crutchlow of Ducati, Scott Redding of Gresini Honda and Hiroshi Aoyama of Aspar Honda. With this victory Marquez has now earned 250 points for his team and he is now just four wins shy of securing his second MotoGP world championship title.

In contrast to Marc, his teammate Pedrosa, who was did not look in his full spring at Indianapolis, still sits at second position in overall standings with 161 points. He has now just four points lead over third positioned Rossi, who has gained 157 points with his podium finish.

His partner Jorge is at fourth spot with 117 points as he had successfully extended his lead over fifth positioned Dovizioso by nine points. You too can gain an edge over your friends by buying a high performance motorcycle product from J&S Accessories’ online store at extremely low price.

Jorge Lorenzo Finally Signs a New Two-Year Contract with Movistar Yamaha MotoGP

Finally the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP has completed its line-up for the next two seasons, as after Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo has also struck a new two-year deal with his team. Lorenzo was the only rider left in the ‘big four’ who had not signed a new contract, but now he too has joined the club.

Moreover, with this announcement Lorenzo has put a full stop at the end of all the rumours which were suggesting that perhaps he was interesting in signing with Ducati. Also, if he re-signs with Yamaha his contract length may not be two year long. However, at Thursday’s announcement Lorenzo scrapped this rumour by holding a big banner which was clearly stating that he had signed a two year agreement with Yamaha.

In fact, both Yamaha Motor Company Ltd and Jorge were delighted to make the announcement. With which the Japanese manufacturer eventually completed its line-up of riders for 2015 and 2016. On this very occasion, Lorenzo said that he is extremely delighted that finally he is making this announcement.

Mentioning the reason behind his joy, Jorge said that he is relieved because now he can completely concentrate on the rest of the 2014 season by knowing that his relation with Yamaha has received a two-year extension.

Lorenzo also said that he always wanted to continue his career with Movistar because he strongly believes that together they can put up a fight to win the title for the third time. Current season proved very tough as they had a difficult start to it, but they will continue to take it race by race and give their 100 percent till the last race in Valencia, said the two-time MotoGP world champion.

The 27-year old Lorenzo did not forget to thank Yamaha on this occasion, as he said that he is grateful to the team for believing in him again as well as all Yamaha fans, who continue to show support for him. He said that after this mid break he is thrilled to be back with his team at Indianapolis, where he will once again focus on riding.

Yamaha Motor Racing’s Managing Director, Lin Jarvis said that he is very happy that they have reached an agreement with Lorenzo, as he will continue to ride for Movistar Yamaha. He said that the new agreement has further extended Jorge’s long partnership with the Japanese manufacturer.

Recalling Jorge’s debut, Jarvis said that he joined them back in 2008 as a rookie and during their partnership they had achieved great results. Including 31 Grand Prix victories and two MotoGP World Champion titles in 2010 and 2012, said the executive.

Jarvis said that though current season has been challenging for Lorenzo, but he expects that the confirmation of new agreement will make him feel more relax and he will be able use all his energies in the rest of the season.

Lin also said that last season we saw that Jorge came strong when it really got tough and he also strongly fought with the mid-season injuries which prove that the potential is definitely there for the rest of the 2014 season.

The Managing Director said that they have no doubt that Lorenzo will be a strong contender for world champion title in 2015, so we will try to provide him all the required materials and support that he will require to make our dream into reality.

Then, the Moto2 World Champion of 2011 will begin a new chapter in his career from next year with Forward Racing team.

Thus far, Bradl would be satisfied with his performance in the current season, as he had managed to acquire 9th spot in the standings by showing great speed and finishing fourth in one race. That was in fact his best during the 2014 season, but the German rider needs to carry the same form in the second half of the premier class racing. So he could make a confident start with Forward Racing in the next season.

On the other hand, Forward Racing would be looking for another rider for their Open class Yamaha machine because Colin Edwards will retire from MotoGP at the end of this season. Looking at the available options, it seems that Forward Racing still have few choices. Among the top nine riders of this season, Jorge Lorenzo of Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team is one that has yet to sign a contract.

Then, there is Alvaro Bautista of Go&Fun Honda Gresini and Bradley Smith of Monster Yamaha Tech 3 team that have not signed a deal yet. So it remains to be seen which of them will become the teammate of Stefan in 2015.
